Government Child Care Subsidy

Families in British Columbia may qualify for financial support to help with the cost of licensed child care.

Through programs like the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI) and the Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB), parents can receive monthly assistance based on income and child age.

Parents Fee Reduction Amount

The Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI) funding applies to all families enrolled in our licensed programs at Meri’s Kids Childcare.

Below is the table showing the monthly fee reduction amounts provided by the B.C. government for each age group.

Infant and Toddler (0-36 months)

CA$900 per month

Multi Age Care

3years To Kindergarten 
CA$500 per month

Kindergarten 

CA$320 per month
